terms and conditions
- strictly no cancellation or will have to pay the cancellation fee (50% of the total price of your order), failure to pay the cancellation fee will lead to being posted as bogus buyer along with your info- always prio payo!- can do reservation/dop or unless stated with non-refundable downpayment (NRDP)- downpayment/reservation fee is non-refundable- failure to pay within the designated period of time (stated in order confirmation) will result in cancellation & will be posted as bogus buyer or will pay the cancellation fee- do inform me if you'll be paying late, there will be late fees of 20 pesos per day- if you’re a minor, you’re obligated to ask permission from your parents. transacting w/ me will automatically mean that you have gained your parents' permission- your (buyer) and my (seller) personal information are kept hidden and won’t be used for any other purposes unless given consent- no return or refund- if parcel is lost, i (the seller) will not be held liable but the courier- damaged items and lost items are not applicable for return & refund (this is most probably the courier’s fault & is already outside my liability)- buy at your own risk for the flawed items, they are not subject for return and refund if it does not meet your expectations- remember that i am not a shop and im selling my personal collection so please manage your expectation regarding flaws of the items since some of them are due to the manufacturer's fault (i sleeve my pocas the moment i open it from an album)- i always send order confirmation with full disclosure of all the fees included (e.g. packing fee, item fee, etc.), shipping fee may vary due to discounts or the shipping provider- scheduling of shipment:
1-2 days after full payment
same day if opted to sdd
(but still subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances or due to courier delay)- i (the seller) is not responsible for the delays of the shipping after the courier already picked up the order, pls reach out to the customer service of the shipping provider for assistance
